Physical Access in Vue Omni

The screens are all located on one level. Screens are split into two corridors, just off from the main foyer.

Each screen has 2 wheelchair bays, both of which have step-free access. These are all found in the first row (Row A) of seating once inside the screens.

Most screens have two aisles, one on either side of the seats. Screens 6 and 7 have just one aisle, next to A1.

In most screening rooms, the distance between the front of one row of seats, and the back of another is roughly 90cm.

All seats are leather recliners with armrests in between. The armrests are solid leather blocks 14cm wide, with a seat base width of 52cm, and a backrest width of 52cm.

The bar and waiting area is also accessible via a platform lift.

Toilets

There are 3 wheelchair accessible toilets at Vue Omni. They can be found next to Screen 2, next to Screen 10, and in between Screen 11 and 12.

You do not require a key to use them.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in this venue.

London Road Gardens is very close by for the exercise of assistance dogs.
