EIFF is delighted to partner with Scottish Documentary Institute to present the short documentary films created through the Bridging the Gap training programme. Inner forces and outside influences shape this collection of short documentaries which take us into intimate, poetic and surprising worlds. From the flat of an Iranian filmmaker who has recently migrated to Edinburgh to an Orcadian town swept by the winds, the sea and a mysterious game, from the complexities of aging in the era of social media, to exploring D/deaf identity and a community theatre in a small coastal town of Scotland.
